Believers are supposed to pray a certain way before it can be effective prayer. First they must be God pleasing; abiding by all 10 commandments and forgive those who wronged them. Prayer is not supposed to be a show to bring attention to the praying people. The attention should be to God Almighty, not to hoodwink believers into voting for a politician or politicians. Another of their most remembered. I was told they ordered out of Nairobi by a Kenyan high ranking official whose girlfriend ahd fallen in love with one of the band members and they composed ‘Embakasi’ and played it before departing Kenya.
