So Mr. Eboo Patel’s damage control article in USA TODAY – “Moderate Muslims? We’re everywhere” , invoked some sharp responses from Americans; his article doesn’t answer the fundamental question – “Why Muslims only are treated differently in USA, West and even in India ?”

Muslims love Civil rights as they have been deprived of this in all Muslim Nations, which are mostly ruled by dictators. Islam doesn’t like or endorse democracy, supporters argue. Infidels, women and gays don’t have equal civil rights in all Muslim Nations But, when Muslims migrate to America or West, first thing they explore is *their Civil Rights* by designating themselves as “Moderate Muslims”.

Savvy citizens, who keep a close eye on their *ever-cry-foul-brotherhood*CIVIL RIGHT organizations, designate them as ” *The trouble maker moderate Muslims*”.

Do the moderate Muslims really cause trouble in democratic countries ? Well, we would ask you to read and infer that yourself.

This blog is going to answer this question.

Eboo Patel is very much right in one of his statement – “*Mainstream Muslims have zero influence over extremists*”.

But, are the mainstream Muslims doing enough to ease the tasks of law enforcement agencies in United States or in all the western democracies they live ? Are they ready to sacrifice the brotherhood feeling to support their country from heart ?

No. Nidal Hasan couldn’t and if one will take a look at the blogosphere, the moderate Muslims are outraged against USA, Europe, Israel and India.

The only thing they (American Mainstream Muslims) have been doing is – demanding more and more civil rights and shouting to *stop religious profiling* with stupid arguments such as – “*First look at behavior, not at faith or skin color. Then spend what it takes to obtain more bomb-sniffing dogs, to install more sophisticated bomb-detection equipment and to train security personnel in identifying the behavior of real terror suspects.*”

So, American Muslims basically suggesting the TSA,FBI and Police to search a needle in a haystack without profiling any one. Why do they feel bad, when subjected to enhanced security procedures. The writer, who lives in America and is a Hindu of Asian Origin and a frequent flier in US Airliners was asked to pass through the body scanner – it is a 15 second scanning procedure, whose only purpose is to keep America safe by preventing underwear bombers inside the Aeroplane. If every passenger has to pass through these scanners, not only several such machines would be required but also more time is required. Since the all the 21st Century terrorists are Muslims, it is logical (even though not moral) and fair enough for the security people to pay extra attention to Muslims, Arabs and some times even to Asian Hindus. No one wants to die in mid-air and it is in our own interest to cooperate with TSA.

But, moderate Muslims don’t cooperate; in stead, they ask – “How dare you use body scanners for our Women, to whom we mask by Burqa and don’t allow any one to see their face ?” When we are not used to show their face to any one in public, how dare you want to see them in nude through your body scanning machines ?”

What if tomorrow al-Qaeda deputes a lady panties-bomber to blow up a flight ? Can the main stream Muslims suggest an idea other than the body scanner ?

On January 8th, print edition of USA TODAY, Americans hammered Eboo Patel’s so called Moderate Muslim – Doing enough argument.

Mr. Bruce E. Weinberg of Ohio wrote: ” To help terrorists, moderate Muslims could help make our security forces in the USA more efficient. They could lobby to change our laws to allow profiling of terrorists. Muslim groups could insist their imams refuse to file law suits when they behave suspiciously in public and are scrutinized. Moderates could insist that all young male Arabs and Muslims agree to additional screenings at airports and not complain when others pass through easily. The guards would then have more time to search for real potential terrorists, rather than wasting it on those less likely to do harm.

If Moderate Muslims are encouraged these changes in security, they would prove with actions, not just words, that moderates exist among the followers of Islam. ” Let us see how these moderate Muslims behave in United States:

They condemn terrorist activities 1% time and complain against state 99% time. This is true in every non-Muslim democracy – India, Europe.

So, Americans stopped trusting these so called main stream Muslims.These Muslims filed law suits against FBI,Police,Airlines,Banks, Judges and security people, whenever they tried to do their job for public safety purpose. They want the bank guard to allow a Burqa woman, whose face can’t be filmed by the CCTV security camera. What if a terrorist goes to bank in a Burqa and does a robbery ?

People in America started thinking that, the CIVIL LIBERTIES shouldn’t be applicable to Muslims, as all the modern day terrorists and suicide bombers are Muslims and the future terrorists will also going to be Muslim. So, Muslim community must volunteer themselves to go through the additional scrutiny in stead of demanding equal treatment at par with Hindus, Jews or Christians. The law should treat every one equal but it also expects every community should behave equally. Muslims indulge in terrorism and hence they invite additional scrutiny. The day they stop terrorism, they get their civil rights back. They don’t have to pass through body scanners.

After the Major Nidal Hasan’s shooting incident,people started believing that a Moderate Muslim can get radicalized by specific verses of Quaran or by a specific radical imam. Major Nidal Hasan was made to believe that Brotherhood is more important than serving his own country.

Trust is something earned over a period of time – Hindus, Jews and Christians have earned it as they pose no danger to American people.They don’t indulge in such stupid suicide bombing; even in the case of radicalized Hindus, Christians or Jews, if at all they exist.

There are no equivalents of Osama Bin Laden and his followers in Hindu, Jews and Christian community.

So when American Muslims claims victory in any CIVIL RIGHTS lawsuit, they indeed lose trust of American non-Muslims, FBI, Police. This is so simple to understand and some how they don’t get it or don’t try to understand it.

Let us explain the same through a real life scenario.

A Gentleman met two of his old friends at Chennai Airport – one of them was a Hindu and other was a Muslim.His friends requested him to carry some documents to United States. The Hindu friend didn’t seal his envelope and volunterly asked him to take a look inside the envelope and requested him to seal the envelope after due verification.

The Muslim friend handed over a sealed envelope. When the Gentleman inquired about the contents of the envelope, the Muslim friend invoked the “friendly trust” rights and didn’t allow the gentleman to open the packet for verification. The Muslim felt the question as offensive. He was paranoid about the gentleman’s plain simple question – “what is there in the packet”. He didn’t realize that the when US Immigration will ask him – what is in the packet and the gentleman doesn’t answer, how he will be treated by US immigration.

The Gentleman, without knowing the contents of the envelope of his Muslim friend, brings two packets to USA and delivers them at the designated address.

What is the moral here ?

The Hindu friend pleased his friend by voluntarily offering to inspect the packet, gained additional confidence the gentleman. The Muslim friend didn’t go that extra mile and invoked the “friendly trust” rights. So next time, the Gentleman may avoid helping him.

FBI is analogous to this Gentleman and CAIR invokes its CIVIL RIGHTS when they are asked to cooperate. Moderate Muslims raise funds for the terrorist organization HAMAs. CAIR-CA: BREACH OF TRUST: FBI WANTS IT BOTH WAYS; hence Moderate Muslims fail to gain that extra confidence of people and law enforcement agencies.

The real story of today is that the radical Leftist Defense Minister Ehud Barak and Prime Minister Binyamin (Bibi) Netanyahu have activated the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), Civil Administration, Israeli Police, Border Guard and, especially the Yassam (Yattam) storm troopers. Barak has mobilized all of them AGAINST the Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria to enforce the misbegotten FREEZE on any building within the settlements’ boundaries.

What a “Perfect Storm”! Barack mobilizes all of Israel’s Defenses AGAINST Jews, while the Muslim Arab Palestinians are proclaiming their Third Intifada (Uprising), that is their “right to return to armed struggle [AGAINST Jews] in order to restore [their] rights”. They proclaim that they “will IGNITE this Third Intifada [which] will be worse than the previous ones.” Remember the first two Intifadas? Do you recall the Muslim suicide bombers of the first Two Intifadas? Blowing up women and children on buses, in restaurants, the elderly at Pesach Seders,shooting, knifing,….?

More than 1500 Israeli men, women and children were murdered with tens of thousands more injured, many maimed for life.

Why does it appear as it Bibi and Barak are coordinating their vicious Freeze with Abbas and Hamas threatening a Third Intifada – as happened before under Rabin and Peres?

Isn’t this the time to recognize that Israel’s PM Bibi Netanyahu and DM Ehud Barak have now fully joined the enemy and are betraying the nation? Isn’t it time for loyal citizens and the civilian army of Israel to rise up and return the Jewish Nation/State back to the people who truly own the nation?

(Israelnationalnews.com) Defense Minister Ehud Barak has ordered the call-up of reserve units responsible for emergency control of PA-controlled cities – and wants to activate them AGAINST the Jewish towns in Judea and Samaria.

The information was given to Arutz-7 by Danny Dayan, Chairman of the Yesha Council of Jewish Communities in Judea and Samaria. “Netanyahu and Barak have crossed all red lines,” Dayan said, “and have now declared outright war on the Jewish settlement enterprise of Judea and Samaria.”

Tuesday morning, clashes broke out in several towns between Jewish residents in Yesha and inspectors sent to deliver the construction-freeze orders. The Yesha Council called on residents not to use violence but to block the inspectors’ entry into the communities to “enforce these immoral and anti-Zionist orders.”

PA Threatens to Encircle Jewish Towns

At the same time, while the Netanyahu government is drying up the towns, PA Arabs are planning to encircle them. A Fatah Central Committee member is quoted in the Al-Arab newspaper (Nov. 20) as saying, “Fatah has made a decision to ignite the third intifada in the West Bank in response to Israeli intransigence. This intifada will be worse than the previous ones, though it will retain its popular character without live weapons.”

The new intifada is planned to center around “encircling the settlements with thousands of Palestinians,” and that PA Chairman Abbas has given his okay.

Correspondent Haggai Huberman reports that top Fatah and PA officials have increased their threats to fight Israel with violence. Nabil Shaath, for instance, who led the PA negotiating team under Yasser Arafat, told a Tunisian newspaper two weeks ago, “We have tried talks for 18 years, but Israel continues its aggression, destruction and settlements. It’s our right to return to the way of armed struggle in order to restore our rights.”

Minister Barak arrived in the large army base outside Beit El on Tuesday to visit the units assigned to enforce the construction freeze. “The freeze in the settlements will be fully enforced,” Barak said, “and in a way that will guarantee as much dialogue as possible with the settlers. The Israel Defense Forces, and especially the Civil Administration, Israel Police and Border Guard, are readying themselves to ensure that the decision is enforced.”

And I ask, if the Rwandese genocide was that terrible, and it must be used by all of us to learn that we must live with each other in peace, If the Rwandese genocide will ever teach your kids you as John Rukumbura, why have the Tutsis decided to murder the Hutus this much? Hitler was a bad leader he targeted a particular type of people and he gassed them, among those he gassed were the Jews, to me as an idiot, the Jews and the Tutsis have seen the bottom of the hate barrel. So my question becomes, why is it important for the Jews to torture this old man on a death bed and at this age? What is in for them to get? And I am asking these questions to learn. Is Israelis problem today, this old man or the thousands of Palestinians that die every day due to a conflict in Israel that this old man does not even have to do with? On the history these two nations have had, why have they failed to be the best world’s ambassadors of peace? Better yet why have the Tutsis failed to live with the Tutsis as the Israelis have failed to live with the Palestinians?

Let me add too that I get frustrated when the Israeli and Rwandese government supports us to send soldiers to wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, soldiers that go for they are instructed by the state, when they know that 50 years down the road a different government will drag them on death beds to charge them. For one wonders if this old man had the information let alone the right to make a decision on what he did in that Nazi camp. 50 years down the road our grand children are going to be home less for their fathers that fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan and Democratic Republic of Congo today will be regarded as criminal as.

That is when I wonder with a question. Are the Jews and Rwandese about peace or it is all about ego and murder?

John Demjanjuk begins Nazi war crimes trial on a stretcher

John Demjanjuk, the 89-year-old accused of being a Nazi death camp guard, began his war crimes trial in Munich on a stretcher.

But on Monday in a Munich courtroom he Demjanjuk appeared a pathetic figure. On the opening day of what is likely to be Germany’s last major Nazi war crimes trial, the 89-year-old was at one point hauled in on a stretcher, apparently too frail and too sick with Leukaemia to even respond to the judge’s most basic questions.

He was taken out apparently groaning in pain at its conclusion having failed to utter a coherent word.

In the afternoon he was stretchered in by medics, covered in a white blanket from head-to-toe. Just as medical experts were telling the court he was fit to be tried, Demjanjuk forced a halt to proceedings when he appeared to gasp for breath, began writhing about and waving his arms and complained about a headache.

Efraim Zuroff, head of the Nazi-hunting Simon Wiesenthal Centre in Jerusalem which placed Demjanjuk at the top of its most-wanted list, dismissed Demjanjuk’s behaviour as cynical theatrics.

“It’s a pathetic attempt to appear more crippled than he is. He belongs in Hollywood,” he said.

Ukrainian-born Demjanjuk, who was extradited from the United States in May, maintains he was forced to work in Nazi camps after being taken prisoner in 1942 while fighting for the Red Army, but denies being at Sobibor.

However German prosecutors say they have an SS identity card bearing his name and transfer orders and they can show he was active at Sobibor from March to September 1943. In their 83-page indictment they state Demjanjuk, who was armed and was at liberty to leave the camp, could have absconded if he had wanted to, but chose to stay “and was involved with the extermination process at every step”.

Those present on Monday among the 30 plaintiffs, who include relatives of the 250,000 people who were slaughtered in total at Sobibor, recoiled in horror as Demjanjuk’s lawyer tried to paint him as a victim. Ulrich Busch said press-ganged guards “were just like Jews forced to work in the gas chambers – either they did their jobs or were murdered”.

He hit out at what he called “moral and legal double standards” of bringing Demjanjuk to trial while German SS members who were at Sobibor were acquitted, and said the Munich court had no jurisdiction to try his client.

But Cornelius Nestle, acting for the relatives, said it was “disgusting” to compare the “press-ganged” camp guards to their victims.

“They had better food, better conditions, they could leave the camps when they wanted and they enriched themselves with loot taken from their victims. None of this applied to the Jews,” he said.

Robert Cohen, 83, whose parents and brother died at Sobibor, said: “If he was there, he killed more than 100 people per day – per day! That would be the worst crime ever.”

There are no living witnesses, so prosecutors will rely heavily on written testimony.

Demjanjuk was sentenced to death in Israel in 1988 for being the sadistic Nazi death camp guard “Ivan the Terrible” but the conviction was overturned when Israel recognised it had convicted the wrong man.

Judge Ralph Alt has decided that Demjanjuk will face a maximum of four hours in court a day.

Yeah, it is true that is horrible. And it reveals a horrible type of people. Not Arabs, but the muslims. But you know what is worse? Americans, who claim to be educated, intelligent, good and caring people, allow it. Rather than doing as good people would do and freeing the muslims from the slavery of the backwards religion that is horrid on every level of humanity, we help enslave them. And not only them, but we help them enslave our American children in America. Even the chrisians, being used by President George Bush, help enslave America and their own children.

Read this article. It is not surprising that the classic ‘bad guys’ want to kill the ‘good guys’, the Jew. It is surprising that their greatest ally in that murder of the good guys, is the Americans.

Why Jews Don’t Hate Muslims that Hate Them*

Have you ever wondered why many Jews in Israel live in denial about Arab hatred? Have you been puzzled by their inability to face the obvious fact that the Arabs want to destroy them? I’ll limit myself to only reasons: (1) Israel’s failure to understand Islam’s love of death; and (2) Israel’s own love of life.

That Islam loves death was evident in the Iranian-Iraqi war, when Mahmoud Ahmadinejad sent tens of thousands of Iranian children to death by having them walk across Iraqi minefields. This necrophilia infects Palestinians who use children as human bombs.

Israel’s love of life generates Hesed or kindliness. An excess of kindliness, however, leads to foolishness and even self-righteousness. Israelis can’t fathom the depth of Arab hatred.

“Why should Arabs hates us? We’re so generous. Look what we did for them in the ‘West Bank.’ We established a system of primary and secondary schools that greatly multiplied the number of Arab children attending classes. We built their first universities. We established new hospitals and nursing schools for them. Infant mortality was greatly reduced, and their standard of health was improved beyond recognition. And don’t forget how we constructed roads as well as water and electric power facilities and introduced modern methods of agriculture. Thanks to us, their income far exceeded their kinsmen in the Arab world. So why should they hate us?”

The self-righteousness or feeling of moral superiority of so many Jews has stupefied them. They simply don’t understand that hatred comes natural to Arabs-it’s a cultural phenomenon. Ehud Barak offered Arafat 97% of Judea and Samaria, including eastern Jerusalem, but the Arabs said NO! Arab hatred of Jews trumped Arab statehood. Did this change Barak’s attitude toward the Arabs? Not a bit. Did it affect Sharon or Olmert or Livni or Peres or Netanyahu on the issue of a Palestinian state? Not at all. These patronizing and benighted Jews think like capitalists: “Make the Arabs wealthy and they’ll junk jihad and become peace-loving bourgeoisie like us.”

Peres once said we can learn nothing from history. So this genius doesn’t remember the British Peel Commission report of 1937, which concluded that, “Although the Arabs have benefited from the development of the country owing to Jewish immigration, this has had no conciliatory effect. On the contrary, improvement in the economic situation in Palestine has meant the deterioration of the political situation.” Arab hatred of Jews trumps Arab prosperity.

Leon Uris understood this. In his novel, The Haj, Uris has the famous Orde Wingate say:

The Arabs will never love you for what good you’ve brought them. They don’t know how to really love. But hate! Oh God, can they hate! And they have a deep, deep, deep resentment because you [Jews] have jolted them from their delusion of grandeur and shown them for what they are-a decadent, savage people controlled by a religion that has stripped them of all human ambition . except for the few cruel enough and arrogant enough to command them as one commands a mob of sheep. You [Jews] are dealing with a mad society and you’d better learn how to control it.

The novel’s central character Haj Ibrahim says this to a Jewish friend:

You [Jews] do not know how to deal with us. For years, decades, we may seem to be at peace with you, but always in the back of our minds we keep up the hope of vengeance. No dispute is ever really settled in our world. The Jews give us a special reason to continue warring.

Uris has the cultured Dr. Mudhil elaborate:

We [Arabs] do not have leave to love one another and we have long ago lost the ability. It was so written twelve hundred years earlier. Hate is our overpowering legacy and we have regenerated ourselves by hatred from decade to decade, generation to generation, century to century. The return of the Jews has unleashed that hatred, exploding it wildly . In ten, twenty, thirty years the world of Islam will begin to consume itself in madness. We cannot live with ourselves . we never have. We are incapable of change.

Later in the novel, Dr. Mudhil remarks:

“Islam is unable to live at peace with anyone.. One day our oil will be gone, along with our ability to blackmail. We have contributed nothing to human betterment in centuries, unless you consider the assassin and the terrorist as human gifts.”

Some pundits may call Uris a “racist.” They lack the novelist’s clear-headed understanding of Arab culture. Unlike apologists, Uris appreciates the tragedy of a few insightful Arabs who know they are trapped in the decadence of “a culture of hate.” Hate incites murder. In all the lands Islam conquered, Muslims replaced indigenous places of worship-Christian, Jewish, Persian, Zoroastrian, Buddhist, Hindu-with Mosques. This could not be done without enormous bloodshed-estimated at 270 million victims! Those who speak of Islam as a religion of peace are either ignoramuses or on the Saudi payroll.

What happens to a culture in which hate is a chronic principle? When that principle gains ascendancy, as it has in Islam, it tends to close the Muslim’s mind. It breeds intolerance. It precludes self-criticism and undermines any incentive to understand and learn from non-Muslims. And of course it leads to murder.

Contrast Judaism. Hesed or kindliness is a fundamental Jewish principle. Kindliness prompts the Jew not only to help but also to understand and learn from non-Jews. (In the Babylonian Talmud, Pesachim 94b, Rabbi Judah the Prince, compiler of the Mishna, unhesitatingly declares in favor of a Gentile astronomical theory over that of the wise men of Israel.) The kindliness of the Jew enlarges his mind and makes him tolerant toward others. Accordingly, whereas Jews speak of righteous Gentiles whose place in heaven is assured, Muslims designate as evil everything that is not Islam and consign all infidels to hell.

But the kindliness of Jews can be as irrational as Arab hatred. This was evident among several Jews in Gush Katif. They showered with kindness the robotic Jews that had come to destroy their homes. The Sages warn us not to carry the Hesed too far.

The irrational kindness of many Jews is symptomatic of a national disorder quite evident among Israel’s ruling elites-their inability to hate with passion Israel’s genocidal enemies. Contrast another kind of Jew. In The Kuzari, Judah Halevi quotes King David: “I hate them, O God, that hate you” (Psalms 129:21). The haters of God, the Kuzari explains, refers to “those who hate God’s people, God’s covenant, or God’s Torah .”

Hatred, however, is futile if it does not issue in action. In Psalm 18:38-43, Israel’s greatest king writes: “I pursued my enemies and overtook them, and returned not until they were destroyed. I crushed them so that they are not able to rise; . I pulverized them like dust in the face of the storm.”

The Sages teach:

“There is a time to kill, in the time of war, and a time to heal, in the time of peace.. There is a time to love, in the time of peace, and a time to hate, in the time of war” (Kohelet Rabbah 3:1). Consider the verse, “When you go forth to battle against your enemies” (Deut. 20:1). The Sages ask: “What is meant by ‘against your enemies’”? They answer: “God said, ‘Confront them as enemies. Just as they show you no mercy, so should you not show them any mercy’” (Tanchuma, Shoftim 15).

Consider the mercy the Israel Defense Forces showed the Arabs in Operation Cast Lead, warning them to leave their targeted homes where arms were stored. Colonel Richard Kemp (the former commander of British forces in Afghanistan), said: “From my knowledge of the IDF and from the extent to which I have been following the current operation, I do not think there has ever been a time in the history of warfare when an army has made more efforts to reduce civil casualties and deaths of innocent people than the IDF . in Gaza.”

Israel was nonetheless denounced in the world’s media and accused of committing war crimes by the UN Human Rights Council. Now Hamas is rearming, regrouping, and receiving billions from democratic America and Europe, champions of humanism.

By failing to hate Israel’s implacable enemies and to act accordingly, self-righteous and merciful Jews unwittingly become the cruel enemies of their own people.
