THE Ministry of Health on Tuesday launched a joint inspection exercise against unlicensed clinics offering medical services, as well as unqualified people operating as medical personnel.

The operation is jointly coordinated by the Medical and Dental Practitioners Council, the Allied Health Professionals Council as well as the Nurses’ Council.

Dr. John Ndiku, the coordinator of the exercise, said the ministry took action following public outcry and complaints from medical practitioners about unqualified people treating patients.

The operation started in Bwaise, Kyebando and areas surrounding Mulago hospital.

The exercise is aimed at verifying the location of clinics, ownership, license status of practitioners, registration status of clinics as well as suitability of premises.

The team is also examining medical record-keeping, hand-washing facilities, and disposal of medical waste.

According to the ministry, there are 910 licensed clinics in Kampala. Of these, 193 are located in Kawempe, 206 in Makindye, 205 in Rubaga, 166 in the central division and 140 Nakawa.

The teams discovered that some clinics operate in dirty environments, use dirty equipment and dispose of medical waste poorly. The clinics also lack referral systems for patients who are severely ill.

The teams also discovered that some of the practitioners possessed expired practicing and clinic operational licenses.

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is requesting that Federal authorities charge the illegal aliens caught stealing over 500 railroad spikes in North Carolina with terrorism charges, since they entered America illegally and worked to sabotage train tracks in a way that could have resulted in mass casualties.

“We are at war with terrorists and stealing train spikes, which is likely to cause a train to derail is an act of terrorism,” said William Gheen of ALIPAC. “The Obama administration must admit that their failure to adequately enforce our border and immigration laws is putting American lives at risk of terrorism.”

The Asheville Citizen Times reported on March 2, 2010 that police had arrested TWO ILLEGAL ALIENS, Cruz Mario Carnacion, 37 and Jose Luis Trejo-Yanez for being in possession of more than 500 STOLEN 7-inch spike’s that were taken from the railroad tracks owned by Norfolk Southern Railroad.

This latest incident is similar to arrests of illegal aliens stealing railroad tracks and spikes from railroads near Yuma, AZ, which was reported by US Customs and Border Patrol on March 11, 2008.

“We believe that this documented pattern of illegal immigrants stealing railroad parts from tracks and putting American lives at risk is a form of terrorism that will likely not be reported by the national media,”said William Gheen. “America and Americans are under attack in our own nation and many times illegal aliens are engaging in domestic terrorism against our citizens and nation.”

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is warning Americans of these illegal alien terrorism attempts through an massive online network of supporters and blogger. Activists across the nation are being encouraged to contact their local talk radio shows and elected officials to share this information about the illegal aliens stealing railroad spikes. Activists are also being asked to call their members of Congress and Janet Napolitano at the Department of Homeland Security to ask her to focus on enforcing our existing immigration laws, instead of focusing on trying to pass the current AMNESTY legislation active in Congress.

PHOENIX — Maricopa County sheriff’s deputies arrested an illegal immigrant after they say he stole a deputy’s identity to get a job.

According to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, Leobardo Estrada-Robles, 31, used the identity of a deputy, including his Social Security number, to work in the United States illegally.

A deputy told the sheriff’s Employer Sanctions Unit that the U.S. Social Security Administration claimed he owed $2,354 for employment at two separate construction companies in the Valley where he had never worked.

After a short investigation, Employer Sanctions Unit detectives confirmed that Estrada-Robles was working at both companies using the deputy’s identity.

The construction companies positively identified the suspect, who they referred to by the deputy’s name.

After obtaining a search warrant for Estrada-Robles’ home, deputies seized several other forms of identification, including permanent residence cards printed with several different names all containing Estrada-Robles’ photo.

Deputies arrested Estrada-Robles Wednesday evening. He was booked into the Fourth Avenue Jail on several counts of aggravated identity theft.

According to the sheriff’s office, Estrada-Robles was previously deported from the United States and returned illegally.

“This illegal immigration problem is out of hand and can affect anyone, as in this case, where a law enforcement officer has had his identity stolen and runs the risk of his credit being affected,” Sheriff Joe Arpaio said.

Thanks abbbey for your observations. We must play the hard to get woman. Now that the President has shot himself in the foot, the Kabaka should now sue the government for breach of his Majesty’s right to move within Uganda. The people of Kayunga must also sue the government for infringing on their right to associate with the Kabaka. Unless we take the government to court on these issues, the lunies in Kaampala will continue to misbehave. Abbey, I think you and I and members on this forum must take it upon ourselves and find a lawyer to take on this case for the people of Kayunga. The Kabaka knows what to do.

OK! How do we reconcile these provisions, specifically, Article 29 (2)(a) with the recent blocking of Kabaka Ronald Mutebi’s visit to Kayunga?

The relationship between president Museveni and Buganda can be compared to a woman who tells a man in the face that ‘I’ve fallen out of love with you’ but the relationship just keeps going because either because they have got a kid together or the man is still in love with the woman and cant just let go. But the question I always ask guys in this situation is that ‘would you still love her if she cheated on you and ran away with another man and stole all your money? Museveni has been cheating on Buganda by having an open affair with Bunyoro, Baluli and Banyara against Buganda. That’s why sometimes I get astonished when I hear people who tend to love him or hate him without any complicating shades of gray. May be Museveni has got USA’s former president, Reagan, ability to make the people love him even as they hated their misery. Personally, I can compare Museveni’s rally in Kayunga to a rich man who rather take pictures with poor children than feed them.

All I know is that Buganda or Mengo adminstration loves political power not Museveni. For the time being Museveni’s a source of it though he won’t always be. That doesn’t require Buganda to love him in any way that that term is ordinarily used. All Buganda needs to do now is to be like our normal women in the world. A woman must make herself wanted, desired, hard-to-get- that’s the whole appeal of womanliness, that she’s not easy because she is the sought one; the final decision rests with her, not with the man. A woman who lets all these creeps do her is just an idiot.

Buganda’s assumed woman role will take her very far, after all – behind every great man there’s a woman telling him he’s wrong. Women know what irks and frazzles men, and they vote accordingly. It is a reasonable speculation; Bill Clinton would not have been elected President if Joey Buttafuoco had decided to run in the Democratic primaries.

Therefore, between now and 2011 elections, Museveni is gonna pull all the tricks in the book to win Buganda’s hearts again but they should be on guard. Like they say, for some elected officials, winning an election is like an overdose of steroids. They suddenly feel all-powerful, invincible, and above the law. They believe churlishness and bullying prove their might. They treat other people with contempt. Since the current men in statehouse are wicked and will not keep faith with Buganda, you need not keep faith with them whatever they promise you.
